Benefit of our kids fitness program

 

Along with the mental and physical benefits of physical activities, other benefits such as increased self-esteem, focus, patience, teamwork and overall physical health, strength and endurance. Our primary school kids' programs focuses on teaching kids that physical activity can be fun but at the same time help promote a healthy lifestyle.

At the Swing Academy, we work together with you to encourage physical activity for your kids in an atmosphere that is positive, encouraging, safe and enjoyable. Even though they have the appearance and feel of play, guided workouts are an excellent way to burn calories and tone muscles. The youngsters like the social ambience of the fitness classes, where they may make new friends while "working out," and the sessions can take place either indoors or outdoors.

Our kid's fitness program stands out due to the combination of several alternatives for participants to select from: multi-sports, boxing, fencing, circuit training and many more. We are also utilising the lastest modern technology to make exercise fun, such as Virtual Reality Fitness.
We're happy to be able to give kids and their parents this great option, which will let kids do something fun and good for their health.

With VR fitness, you can walk, run, swim, cycle, climb, box, and lift to stay fit, strong and healthy. VR fitness is an amazing, adventurous, and reliable approach to lose weight, build up and tone muscle, and feel more empowered!

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a combination of multiple exercises performed with with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.
